## How it works

1. A business defines the membership, benefits, limits, price, location, and renewal or commitment terms.
2. The client reviews the offer and pays through the configured payment processor, or the business records an eligible cash payment with an audit reference.
3. Signed payment webhooks confirm online payment. A browser redirect never grants paid access.
4. Staff record each benefit used. Corrections are appended as reversals; financial and entitlement history is never erased.

## Pricing

- Client account: free.
- Business software: a permanent Free plan for one location with one all-services discount membership, or Paid after a 14-day trial at EUR 14.99 monthly or EUR 155.88 annually per active location. Annual billing works out to EUR 12.99 per month and saves EUR 24.00 against twelve monthly payments. The feature set is identical for both Paid billing cadences.
- Romanian providers can price client memberships in EUR or RON. Client-facing prices include the provider's configured VAT when applicable. Aboneaza snapshots the tax category, rate, taxable base, and VAT amount with accepted terms and payment records; the provider remains the seller and is responsible for selecting the correct tax treatment.
- Provider membership invoices include a 20% application fee covering Aboneaza payment costs; the provider receives 80% of gross before any applicable tax treatment.
- Current website and terms should be checked before making a purchase decision because pricing can change.

## Scope boundaries

Aboneaza is not a booking platform, clinical-record system, general CRM, learning-management system, or vehicle record. It does not provide cross-application phone tracking. Medical decisions and records remain in the provider's clinical systems. Appointment scheduling remains in the provider's existing tools.

- Paid access comes from verified processor webhook events, not a return or success page.
- Usage, payment events, reversals, and corrections follow an append-only audit model.
